Live performances from South Africa's leading and breakthrough artists, from headline acts to competition finalists earning their first national stage.

Mahindra Fusion Fest was created by Mahindra South Africa as a direct expression of the brand's identity: bold, youthful, and deeply connected to the culture of the people who drive our vehicles.
The Fusion Fest was built because at Mahindra, we believe a brand earns its place in culture by participating in it, not by advertising around it. The Fusion Fest is how Mahindra moves beyond the showroom and into the moments that matter to South Africans.
Since its inaugural edition in 2025, the Mahindra Fusion Fest has established itself as a nationally recognised platform that connects artists, creatives, and communities through shared experience, anchored by Mahindra and powered by South African talent.

Every edition of Fusion Fest is a milestone in Mahindra's presence in South African culture. Here is what we have built.
Mahindra Fusion Fest may be a single-night event, but for the South Africans who show up for it, the experience stretches far beyond the main stage, from build-up activations across three cities to competitions that put local artists, designers, and musicians on a national platform months before the doors open.

The first Mahindra Fusion Fest launched in February 2025 at SunBet Arena, Time Square in Pretoria, marking two decades of Mahindra in South Africa. Attracting over 7 000 fans, the inaugural edition introduced South African audiences to a new kind of brand-led cultural experience.
The 2025 festival combined live performances with interactive lifestyle activations which included the showcase of the Mahindra XUV3XO, a statement that Mahindra belongs in South African creative spaces and its roads.
The 2026 edition expanded the Fusion Fest model from a single event into a multi-city campaign. A nationwide Build-Up Tour covering Cape Town, Johannesburg, and KwaZulu-Natal carried the festival experience to audiences across the country ahead of the main event, generating over 3 000 attendees at the launch activation alone.
Each stop was a fully realised activation in its own right: art installations, fashion showcases, music performances, and direct engagement with Mahindra's vehicle range. The tour reinforced the festival's core commitment that Fusion Fest belongs to all of South Africa.
The tour launched at UCT's Upper campus, drawing over 3 000 students, influencers, and industry stakeholders. Attendees experienced interactive art installations, a live fashion show, and challenges with cash prizes, delivering a complete festival atmosphere in a campus setting.

One of Fusion Fest's founding commitments is to South African emerging talent. The competitions programme provides artists, designers, and musicians with a genuine pathway onto a national stage, as a core and structural part of the festival.
Mahindra has been part of South Africa for over 20 years. Fusion Festival is the most direct expression of what that means.
We do not build festivals to sell vehicles. We build them because the people who drive Mahindra are the same people who fill festival floors, support local designers, and show up for South African artists.
Every edition, every build-up activation, every competition finalist, and every performance is proof of a single conviction: a brand that invests in the culture of its market builds something no advertising budget can buy.
